Thank you for shopping with Thunder Energy Services. We are committed to delivering your products in a reliable, timely, and transparent manner. This policy outlines how and where we ship, including your rights under UK consumer law.
1. Order Processing and Dispatch
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding UK public holidays.

While we strive to meet this timeframe, during periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.
Unless otherwise agreed, your order will be delivered within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If we are unable to deliver your order within this time, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.
2. Delivery Carriers and Tracking
Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse via DPD UK. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information is typically available within 48 hours.

3. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to most locations within the United Kingdom.
We do not ship to:

P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses

4. Shipping Structure and Partial Deliveries
Your order may be delivered in multiple parcels. For example, the solar panels and kit components may arrive in separate packages.
If only part of your order arrives, this does not affect your rights under UK law. We will provide tracking for all parcels and support if any item is delayed or missing.
5. Shipping Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and product dimensions. These charges are clearly displayed before payment is made.

6. Responsibility and Risk
Thunder Energy Services remains responsible for your goods until they are delivered to the address you provided. Risk does not pass to you until you, or someone authorised by you, has physically received the goods.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thunderenergy.co.uk. We will investigate and resolve the issue in line with your consumer rights.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. While we are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address input, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in recovering or redirecting the package where possible.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or a non-deliverable address, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, less any shipping and handling costs incurred.
8. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@thunderenergy.co.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 3 business days of receiving the item. This helps us to assist you quickly and support any claims with the carrier.
Please retain all packaging and damaged goods. They may be required for insurance or inspection purposes.
This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which allow you to reject faulty goods within a reasonable time (usually 30 days) for a full refund or request a repair or replacement.
9. Delayed Deliveries and Your Rights
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period or within 30 days of purchase, please contact us immediately. You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund if delivery is not made within this timeframe, unless an alternative delivery date has been agreed.
